The problem

A facilities team was manually checking equipment at 10 sites. They were missing failures, wasting maintenance hours driving between locations, and had no visibility into equipment health.

What I built

Connected 100+ sensors across all 10 locations into a single dashboard. Equipment health, energy usage, and environmental conditions are now tracked in real time. Maintenance teams get automated alerts before problems become breakdowns — instead of finding out after the fact.

The problem

Rotating equipment was failing without warning, causing unplanned downtime and expensive emergency repairs. The maintenance team had no way to predict which machines would fail next.

What I built

Built a vibration monitoring system that watches equipment in real time, spots early warning patterns of failure, and alerts the maintenance team days or weeks before a breakdown. Shifted from 'fix it when it breaks' to 'fix it before it breaks.'

The problem

A SaaS product needed customer accounts, subscription billing, and security hardening before it could launch. The founder needed it built end-to-end, not just the frontend.

What I built

Built a complete platform with Stripe subscription billing (trial, free, and paid tiers), customer self-service portal, automated reports, and anomaly detection. Ran a full security audit that found and fixed 20 vulnerabilities before launch.
