I'm Josue. I spent 10+ years as a reliability engineer — manufacturing, defense, aerospace — building systems that monitor equipment across multiple facilities and catch problems before they become breakdowns. That's where I learned to build things that have to work 24/7 with no excuses.

I started Guatu Labs because I saw small businesses struggling with the same problems that big companies solve with expensive teams: missed leads, repetitive admin work, no visibility into what's actually working, and websites that don't convert.
